March 12th harvest. A yield of 2.2 t/Ha with both poor flowering and birds playing their part. Whole bunch pressed and fermented in a mix of used puncheons, the newest from 2012. Malo lactic fermentation blocked with sulphur, which is the only addition made to the wine. Matured sur lie for 10 months before blending and bottling. Released in March 2017.
